Ms. Escalante

Welcome,

I am Ms. Escalante! I graduated in May 2018 from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with EC-6 and Bilingual/ESL certifications. Throughout my time at Tarleton, I have completed field placement hours in both elementary and middle schools. Working with diverse grade levels has significantly helped me in discovering my strengths and weaknesses in my own teaching, which in turn has helped me in reflecting and adapting to becoming an effective, responsive teacher. I hope that by looking through my portfolio, you gain insights and a better understanding of who I am as a person and as an educator.  My goal will always be to keep learning and improving throughout my teaching experiences, so that I am able to become the type of teacher my future students will need in order to succeed.
